Shared Email Blast - Morning Slot

The Shared Email Blast morning slot runs daily from 6–13 April (exact timing to be confirmed), reaching attendees as they begin their day. Each slot features up to four companies, offering a concise and engaging way to showcase your message alongside other innovators. To ensure fair access, a single company may book a maximum of two slots per day. These mailings are an excellent additional opportunity to highlight your presence at the congress and promote your symposium to delegates.
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation, only delegates who give their consent to receive updates from sponsoring companies will be forwarded these email blasts.
ESCMID cannot guarantee the number of recipients of your message, and the exact number will depend on the number of attendees who have explicitly expressed an interest.
Please note additional costs will apply if the artwork/design is not provided in HTML format or major corrections are needed.
Artwork Deadline is 10 days before blast.
