Follow up Email Blast

Sponsors can to send an email blast to congress participants on a day of their choice within three months after the congress. Each date is limited to two companies, with morning and afternoon
slots available.
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation, only delegates who give their consent to receive updates from sponsoring companies will be forwarded these email blasts.
ESCMID cannot guarantee the number of recipients of your message, and the exact number will depend on the number of attendees who have explicitly expressed an interest.
Please note additional costs will apply if the artwork/design is not provided in HTML format or major corrections are needed.
Artwork Deadline is 10 days before blast.
